When you signed up for a new Annual Membership, you were automatically enrolled in auto-renew to make sure there were no interruptions in your service. If you would like to turn off auto-renew, just log into your account and click “Renew” under “Current Membership Plan”.
Corporate memberships, please contact your HR department for renewal information.
Divvy for Everyone members, you have two options to renew:
- Visit your local FOC (Financial Opportunity Center) and speak to the Divvy representative. Click here to see locations.
- Contact Divvy customer service, now supported by Lyft.
- If you have a credit card on file, you can contact customer service to have the card on file charged for your renewal. If you are a cash member, we will send you an invoice so you can pay via PayNearMe. Cash invoices are sent out on the 12th of every month.
