For passes purchased through the Divvy or Transit apps, we recommend you take a screenshot of your purchase to prove you bought a pass. Log in to your account online to see full details of your ride history and purchases. Head to the “Billing Statements” your purchase history.
At select kiosks, you can print a receipt that shows your transaction history. On the right side of the home screen on the kiosk, click the 'I have a pass' button.
Note: You must swipe the same credit card you used to purchase the pass.
