If you lost your key, no worries!
If you lost your keys and you suspect someone may have access to them, please contact Divvy customer service, now supported by Lyft, as soon as possible so that we can deactivate your lost key and get a new one sent out to you. This will ensure that no one can check out a bike using your lost key.
It can take up to 6 weeks for processing and shipping of keys, we appreciate your patience! Use your app to unlock the bikes in your area while your key is being shipped. Once received you can activate your key on your account! Learn how to activate your key by clicking here.
